Super helpful to zoom out from day to day , gain perspective and keep ego in check
As someone who leads a team , I am focused on making sure I don’t bring stress at home or work. Seeing things in a different light, ability to zoom out and stay calm is priceless. At the end of the book, there is an awesome chat between Ryan and Tim Ferriss, which is worth the listen too. A podcast at the end. Found out I have a lot of work to do to keep the ego in check, which would bring me more peace and ability to allocate my resources right. Def worth a read!
