When we think about body image problems, eating disorders, and food management issues, our minds typically, turn to matters concerning women. My guest, Dan Lewin, is an accomplished dietitian and founder of The Men's Health Dietitian, an amazing service, dedicated to supporting men with food, eating and body image concerns. He's speaking with me, about these often hidden and alarmingly dismissed men’s issues, disclosing his own long and difficult journey to self acceptance and better health. Dan will also share some insights and tools around his helping philosophy which is grounded in a weight neutral non-diet approach, supporting men to develop a positive relationship with food and body. Remember, "It's OK to not be OK".

  • Rae Bonney - 27-Nov-2017 - Glenn Patrick from Collegians
    2017/12/04

Joining me, where it really is “OK to not be OK” is Glenn Patrick, front man of Melbourne based band, Collegians, talking about the rocky, risky, yet rhapsodical world of rock music! He plays live in the studio, and introduces their 2nd, much anticipated single "Black Mass". This very song smashed into the Australian iTunes Rock charts at number 9.
