Meet our latest GIANT, Dr. Justin Kammo. Justin started Profound Orthodontics shortly after the 2020 pandemic and has received wide acclaim as the go-to orthodontist in SE Michigan. Growing up, Justin saw his parents own and operate a liquor store working 14-hour days so he is no stranger to hard work. Education was always paramount to his family so that became Justin's path enrolling in dental school both at Wayne State and U of M. Around the time Justin was about to go off on his own, he was thinking about how to market himself while also giving back. What started with a simple $20 Starbucks gift card has grown into Chanel Bags, Michigan vs. Ohio State tickets, etc. Through this, he has grown his IG page to 40k followers and attracted a clientele of some of Detroit's best and brightest major league athletes. While Justin has been able to capitalize on social media to market his business in a modern way, the backbone of what he does always comes back to customer service. Remembering the little things in passing conversation while in the chair enough to bring it up again at the following appointment. Just honing in on nurturing the relationship and building a truly human connection beyond the transaction of business.
