  • 137. Hypnotic Inductions With Dr. Karen Kramer
    2024/11/04

I have been a very cautious spectator anytime the word 'hypnotic' is said! I just get the heebie-jeebies anytime people bring anything like that up so I was glad to get to approach such a delicate topic and concern of mine with Dr. Karen Kramer.

In this episode, we dive into what to expect, be aware of, and understand when it comes to hypnotic inductions. This episode is probably one of my favorites and I think it will be one of yours too!

  • 131. Am I Grieving The Right Way? With Dr. Karen Kramer
    2024/09/23

I have done a ton of therapy and still, I have felt like there was a gap in my ability to process loss. I have been curious if grief counseling could be something that could help me but with every counselor I talked with I walked away feeling more aggravated than relieved and I didn't know why until after talking with Dr. Karen Kramer! Her clear perspective on grief shifted everything for me! She was not interested in making me process my grief the same as everyone else. She was interested in helping me uncover my own unique pattern of how my body processes grief! This was a huge shift for me in realizing the key to healthy grief comes from understanding my patterns NOT mimicking others' patterns
