    Eyes Up host Jamie Wagner and JP then dive deep into the fallout from a family situation in Coach Stoa's life and how he was able to navigate the mental health crisis that arrived in the wake of the family situation. Despite no mention of bikes on this episode, it is a very real encounter with family trauma and mental health and once again, why community is so important.
