  • #11- The Healing Power of Yoga: A Deep Dive with Kristin Beach
    2025/04/25

In today's episode, we share a beautiful conversation with Kristen Beach, a registered yoga teacher and sound healer based in Kamloops, BC. We discuss the creation of her yoga studio, Ropana, the importance of authenticity and personal exploration in yoga, and the diverse activities that ground and heal us. If you've ever been thinking of learning more about yoga or beginning a practice, we hope this episode helps inspire you to start.

    About Kristin

Kristin began her yoga journey in northern Manitoba more than 17 years ago. Yoga became a way for her to become more present and find a sense of peace and manage her anxiety.

Kristin completed her 200-hour teacher training at Semperviva Yoga College in 2014. Since then, she has furthered her education with Yin yoga training led by Bernie Clark, Yoga for Pain Relief with Leslee Watt, and additional training in Restorative yoga. Kristin also loves music and developed an ear for it after playing flute for 6 years. This led to a fascination with singing bowls and the discovery of the intense relaxation from the frequencies. She offers this unique healing experience with so much heart and joy. Kristin is truly remarkable and allows such a safe and healing space for people to show up and just be. She allows individuals to move away from perfection and find their flow and healing within. Kristin currently lives and hosts her studio in the beautiful community of Barnhartvale, BC. Alongside her wonderful husband, Chris, and their two amazing children, Van and Annie, Kristin is often found indulging in her passions for baking delicious treats, gardening, or being in nature.

  • #9- How Your Space Affects Your Wellbeing
    2025/04/11

In this week's episode, we explore the transformative power of intentionally designed spaces.

Your physical environment shapes your mental landscape far more than you might realize. When our spaces are cluttered with items we no longer need or love, they create invisible "cobwebs" of stagnant energy that subtly drain us. The same applies when work materials invade our bedrooms or when our countertops remain perpetually covered in yesterday's dinner dishes.

This discussion covers decluttering approaches that address the emotional attachments we form with possessions, particularly items connected to past versions of ourselves. We explore how maintaining separate spaces for work and rest dramatically improves sleep quality and overall functioning. Simple environmental adjustments like strategically placed water bottles, sunrise alarm clocks, and clean kitchen routines become powerful tools for behavior change.

What makes this conversation particularly valuable is acknowledging that these principles work regardless of your natural organizational tendencies or living situation. Whether you're in a sprawling house or a studio apartment, intentionally designing your space creates an environment that works with rather than against your goals. You'll discover how small, consistent changes can create a home that feels like a sanctuary rather than a source of stress.

Your environment reflects your inner state while simultaneously influencing it – it's time to make it work for you.

  • #7- Body Attunement with Hannah Bergman
    2025/03/28

This week's episode is one you won't want to miss! Special guest Hannah Bergman uproots some deep withheld damaging beliefs and brings new light, life, and compassion to the health and wellness industry. Hannah explains why many of us feel stuck, and why self-love is the most essential piece to the puzzle. Grab a blanket and expect this episode to be a warm hug; you're seen, we've got you, and you're doing better than you

    About Hannah

Hannah Clare is a certified Health Coach, Kinesiologist, Intuitive Eating Counselor, and Yoga Teacher with over five years of experience guiding individuals toward authentic well-being.

Her journey into health coaching was sparked by a deep fascination with the body’s natural intelligence.

During university, she noticed that many of us are taught to ignore our body’s cues in favor of external rules. She experienced this disconnection firsthand, struggling with perfectionism, rigid overexercising, food restriction, and burnout—all fueled by hustle and diet culture. Hannah realized what was truly needed was rest, compassion and self-trust, not more wellness rules to follow or products to buy.

This realization led her to embrace a new approach, blending science-backed research with body attunement. Hannah believes well-being is guided by your inner compass, not fleeting wellness trends. Her mission is to empower you to reconnect with your body, filter out the noise of wellness culture, and adopt sustainable health-promoting habits that are rooted in self-care, not self-control.

Hannah lives in Kamloops, BC, where she enjoys reading, practicing yoga, eating ice cream and noodles, mountain biking, and rewatching The Office for the 10th time.
