    2024/09/18

In this week's solo episode, I reflect with you all some of the recent revelations that have been happening in my life and the relation it has to my messages here, on this show with you all. I cut straight to the importance of self-awareness and how to show up better for ourselves. I talk about a recent interview with Clark Bartram, where we both touched on the importance of genuine coaching, providing advocacy, and the path of spiritual growth.

I also explain my interpretation of the Holy Spirit as an essence that guides us in our personal development, helping us to trust, surrender, and stay focused amidst life's distractions. It is important to highlight how spiritual gifts like truth, revelation, and vision can help us navigate life's challenges and stay in alignment with our true selves.

  • Episode: 145 Exploring the Human Experience Through the Artist's Soul with Ike Wynter
    2024/09/02

This was such an inspiring interview episode with my friend and special guest, Ike Wynter is a naturally gifted wood artist, who's unique perspective blends creativity with profound introspection. Ike is known for his evocative work in both visual arts and music, opening up about his journey through mental health challenges and the ways his artistic soul navigates these experiences. Throughout the conversation, Ike shares candid insights into his self-described role as a “delusional optimist,” highlighting how his optimism, despite its seemingly impractical nature, plays a crucial role in his creative process and personal development. Learning that just because someone says "no" does not mean that it is a "no" to the other 8 billion people in this world.

We talk about the traditional form of art and how our purpose on earth is not necessarily what we do, but how what we do makes others (and ourselves) feel. This ties in to our first encounter, in Mexico, on a house build with Bajabound builds. This builds are a community of "yes people" who simply understand the importance of contribution, love, and gratitude in this world. And Ike is a definite contributor to this community.

As a fast growing internet sensation, Ike offers a glimpse into his multifaceted work and philosophy through physical pieces, similar to a puzzle. Noting that both creating and "solving" a puzzle is the perfect combination of art and engineering. From his acclaimed visual pieces to his creative background with music, Ike’s creations are a testament to his relentless pursuit of meaning and beauty amidst personal challenges.

This episode of The M3 Podcast not only provides an intimate look at Ike's artistic journey but also underscores the broader conversation about mental health, encouraging listeners to reflect on their own experiences and the role of creativity in navigating life's complexities.

  • Episode 143: Redefining Who “She” Is with Gaby Avila
    2024/08/26

In this interview episode, I had the privilege of sitting down with a very special client of mine, Gaby Avila. Gaby is the creator of SIS Holistic Coaching and has come full circle from our first encounter last summer, at the Splash of Vitamin Sea retreat.

We talk about her experience at the retreat and how profound it was for her to experience breathwork there for the first time. Gaby is a unique client, who has helped inspire a new level of growth in me, as a business owner, to be able to guide her through starting her own business with the same principles.

It’s been beautiful to be a part of Gaby‘s journey as she is on a mission to reestablish who “She” is. Which I find very ironic as it aligns with Gaby‘s personal path and rediscovering. Gaby is now that her daughter has left for college and she is in pursuit of creating a life of her own, beyond raising a child

Tune in, as we share a heartfelt conversation of two passionate fitness entrepreneurs in pursuit of guiding others to do the inner work.
